Dr. Robert Ronstadt
Chairman
Dr. Ronstadt has been a director since 2003. Dr. Ronstadt is a founder of Consilience Learning, a company that currently develops and distributes software that promotes visual learning for the K-12, special needs, and higher education markets. He was formerly CEO and Chairman of Lord Publishing, a producer of financial applications software. Most recently, he was Vice President of Technology Commercialization at Boston University. Prior to that he served for five years as Director of the IC2 Institute at the University of Texas at Austin where he held the J. Marion West Chair for Constructive Capitalism.
Besides BU and UT, Dr. Ronstadt has held faculty positions at Babson College where he helped start their entrepreneurship program, and Pepperdine University where he was that school's first Professor of Entrepreneurship. Dr. Robert Ronstadt holds a doctorate in business administration from Harvard University, a Bachelors degree in history from the University of California at Berkeley, and a Masters Degree in International Relations from the University of Oregon at Eugene with a heavy concentration in economics. He is a recognized thought leader in university-based technology commercialization and the management of technology.
Douglas P. Baker

Doug Baker has been employed by Applied Nanotech Holdings, Inc. since June 1996. Mr. Baker has been a certified public accountant since 1980. Prior to joining SI Diamond Technology, Inc., Mr. Baker spent 9 years in public accounting at Plante & Moran, a large regional CPA firm, 4 years as Chief Financial Officer of a small privately held company, and 5 years as a divisional controller at MascoTech, Inc. a large publicly held automotive supplier. Mr. Baker has a BBA and an MBA from the University of Michigan.
Zvi Yaniv, Ph.D.
President, Director, Chief Executive Officer of Applied Nanotech, Inc.
Dr. Zvi Yaniv is the President of Applied Nanotech Holdings, Inc. and the Chief Executive Officer of our subsidiary, Applied Nanotech, Inc. Dr. Yaniv has been instrumental in guiding the company to become a pioneer in nanotechnology in general, and a leader in utilizing electron field emission from carbon films/carbon nanotubes in the display industry, in particular.
Dr. Zvi Yaniv was a founder of Kent Display Systems in Kent, Ohio, the "no-power" reflective LCD Company and of Optical Imaging Systems, Inc. (OIS) in Novi, Michigan. As President and CEO of OIS, he led the company during its years of development and in the initial commercialization of advanced active matrix liquid crystal displays and amorphous silicon image sensors. While at OIS, Dr. Yaniv was one of the founders of Unipac, presently AU Optronics, one of the premier display companies in Taiwan.
Dr. Yaniv holds a B.Sc. in physics/mathematics and a M.Sc. in electro-optics with distinction from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and earned a M.Sc. and a Ph.D. in physics at Kent State University. He has received awards from both universities and the Scientific Research Society. Dr. Yaniv is a member of the Board of Directors of the Texas Nanotechnology Initiative, the Nanomaterials Applications Center of Texas State University and the Society for Information Display (SID). In May 1989, Dr. Yaniv was elected Fellow of the Society for Information Display for "his innovation and leadership in the development of large area high performance active matrix LCDs and scanners." He has published over 250 articles, holds more than 150 patents and has extensive contacts in the US, Europe, Israel and the Far East.
Dr. Yaniv is a Senior Research Fellow of the IC2 Institute of the University of Texas and a strategic advisor to Governor Nobuyoshi Sumita of Shimane Prefecture in Japan in the field of job creation utilizing the advances in nanotechnology.
Paul Rocheleau
Vice Chairman
Mr. Rocheleau has extensive experience in the global materials and chemicals industry. He is currently Chairman of the Board and Chief Investment Officer of Virginia Biosciences Commercialization Center. Over the past three years, he provided strategic and financial advisory services for a range of technology and industrial companies as a Managing Director at Cary Street Partners, a regional investment banking firm based in Richmond, Virginia. Prior experience includes positions as Senior VP and Chief Financial Officer of Albermarle Corporation, a $2.0 Billion NYSE listed chemical company, and 15 years, including three as CEO, with Albright & Wilson, PLC, a $1.2 billion multinational chemical company.
Mr. Rocheleau currently serves on the Board of Directors of NanoChemonics, a specialty nano-materials company and serves on the Advisory Board of Apex Systems, a $400 million IT staffing company. He also is a Founding Trustee of the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Engineering, where he currently serves as President of the Foundation.
Ronald J. Berman

Mr. Berman has been a Director since May 1996. Mr. Berman co-founded BEG Enterprises, Inc. with Marc W. Eller and has been its President since 1989. Mr. Berman also is President of R.J. Berman Enterprises, Ltd., a real estate development company. Mr. Berman earned a Juris Doctor degree in 1980 from the University of Detroit. Prior to 1989, Mr. Berman was an attorney in private practice.
Tracy K. Bramlett
Director
Mr. Bramlett is president of Industrial Hygiene and Safety Technology, Inc. (IHST), a full service industrial hygiene consulting company that he formed in 1987. IHST specializes in Indoor Environmental Quality issues. Prior to forming IHST, Mr. Bramlett was a corporate industrial hygienist for Burlington Northern Railroad.
Clinton J. Everton
Director
Mr. Everton recently founded The Margrave Group, an online investment research firm that leverages the collective intelligence of its members. Prior to that Mr. Everton was President of Thomson Netg, a worldwide leader in corporate e-learning with $150 million in revenue, in excess of 1,500 customers, and approximately 750 employees. Thomson NetG was sold in a $285 million transaction completed in 2007. Mr. Everton was also founder and President of Knowledge Communication, prior to its sale to Thomson Netg.
Howard Westerman
Director
Mr. Westerman is the Chief Executive Officer of JW Operating Company, a privately held energy development and energy services company headquartered in Dallas, Texas. Mr. Westerman joined JW Operating Company in 1978 and became CEO in 1999. Under his leadership as CEO, the Company's revenues increased from approximately $70 million to a forecast of almost $1 Billion. Mr. Westerman is also a member of the Board of Directors of Peerless Manufacturing Company, a global provider of environmental and separation filtration products, listed on the NASDAQ Global Market Exchange. Mr. Westerman also serves on numerous charitable and community boards.
